The health of our guests is of prime concern, vaccination certificates must be current and brought in with your cat. The proprietors reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of ill health. Un-neutered male cats over 9 months old cannot be boarded due to potential infection hazard. If required, veterinary treatment will be obtained from your own vet but in an emergency we would take to our own vet Ryder-Davis, Woodbridge.
A collection and delivery service is available on request, it is important that cats are travelled in a secure transport box so they are safe whilst travelling and to avoid escapes whilst being moved from your car to your cats chalet.
You are invited to inspect the facilities we offer and meet us prior to your booking. We will be pleased to show you round during our normal business hours or by prior arrangement.
