“This was the first time I have boarded my cats “Alfie” and “Ruby” with Karen at Elm Cottage Cattery and Karen looked after them like they were her own. What I was most impressed with is that they were much less stressed than the last time I put them in a cattery. Karen even managed to pick up Alfie (who normally shies away from anybody but me) – a big plus in my book.
